We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· To file the department related documents in a systematic order
· To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works
· To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order.
· To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction
· To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM, take charge of what received and deliver to related person.
· To handle ITT for counter
· To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor’s checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE
· To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies.
· To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific.
资历
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state)
· General understanding of BKG Operations and retail products.
· Understanding of local rules and regulations.
· Good communication skills with internal/external customers
· Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
· Acceptable verbal and writing English.
